- Is Baidya ID free?
- Yes. It is free for patients, and free for the hospitals and labs that upload reports. We do not charge either side.
- Do I need a citizenship card or hospital number?
- No. You sign in with your mobile number. Your patient code is created for you and works at every facility using Baidya ID.
- Who can see my reports?
- Only you. A hospital or lab sees only the reports it added itself. Nothing is shared with anyone else without your consent.
- What if I change my phone?
- Sign in on the new phone with the same number and your reports are there. If you change your number, contact support and we will move your record.
