Delete your Baidya ID account

Send an email to legal@baidyaid.com from any address, with:

1. the phone number on the account, and
2. whether you want everything deleted or only your account details.

We will send a code to that phone number to confirm the request really comes from you. Deletion is permanent, so we would rather be slow than delete the wrong record.

• Your name, date of birth and phone number.
• Your patient code.
• Every report file held against your account, and its details.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.

We act within 30 days of confirming the request. Storage backups keep a recoverable copy for up to 90 days before it is removed for good.

The hospital or laboratory that issued a report keeps its own copy in its own records. That is their file, held under their obligations as a health provider, and deleting your Baidya ID account does not reach it. Ask them directly if you want it removed.

We also keep the access log — who uploaded or viewed something and when — with your identifying details stripped out. It is what lets us investigate if a record is ever reached improperly, and we cannot do that job if it can be erased.

Download anything you may need first. Every report in the app can be saved to your phone, and once the account is gone we cannot bring it back — not even the same phone number will restore it.
